The project is ready to move, which means quicker potential returns or peonal use. The development includes essential amenities like internal roads and electrification, including solar energy options which is interesting for sustainability. My only reservation is that the listed prices seem a bit on the higher side compared to other plots in the immediate vicinity, but the Sobha brand name justifies it to an extent. The landscaping looks promising.
