We are looking at plots around 1162 Sq.ft, priced around 20.92 Lakh. It's ready to move, which means we could start planning our house soon. The developer, Manasa Develope, has provided a children's play area, which is essential for us. The only drawback is that the OC is not available, which makes getting a loan a bit tricky. We are still considering the options, but the proximity to schools and the price are very attractive.
