The size of the 4 BHK villa, 3256 square feet, offeample space for them. I appreciate the Vastu compliant design. It's also reassuring to know that Aster CMI Hospital is very close by, nearby, in case of any medical emergencies. The proximity to Yelahanka Railway Junction (3 KM) is also convenient for them if they need to travel. The spectacular view of the national park is something they are really enjoying. The price point was within the expected range for a property of this caliber in North Bangalore.
