We chose HERE & NOW W because of its proximity to Kensri School, which is just nearby. Our 3 BHK apartment is spacious, with a carpet area of 1031 square feet, giving the kids enough room to play. The swimming pool and amphitheater are great for family time. It's close to Amruthahalli Main Road and Jakkur Main Road, making commutes manageable. The price for the 3 BHK was around 69.25 Lakhs, which we felt was fair for the space and location. Assetz Property Group completed this project in May 2021. The only minor issue is the traffic on Thanisandra Main Road during peak hou, but we are managing.
