The 3 BHK configuration offeample space, around 1773 square feet, which is perfect for us now that the children have moved out. The price of 1.24 Crore was within our budget. Having amenities like a gymnasium and recreation facilities within the complex is a great convenience. The presence of 24x7 security and water supply is reassuring. The proximity to Amruthahalli Main Road is handy for daily errands. It's ready to move, which was a major factor for us. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we hope that settles down.
