We bought a 784 Sq.ft plot for about 23.51 Lakh. The project by SM Promoteis ready to move, which means we can start planning our home build soon. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and the compound wall are reassuring. The location near Illalur Bus Stop is helpful too. The plot sizes are decent, and the prices are competitive for the area.
