The New Baldwin International School Banaswadi is literally nearby, which is amazing for the kids' commute. Cloudnine Hospital - HRBR is also very close by at nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The swimming pool and jogging track are great for weekend relaxation. The construction quality seems solid. While the price point was a bit higher than we initially planned, the convenience of location for schools and hospitals made it a worthwhile decision for us.
