We chose SLN Twin Towefor our family, mainly because of its proximity to PRAGATHI CENTRAL SCHOOL, which is just a 2-minute drive. The 3 BHK flats offer good space, with options of 1765 Sq.ft and 1865 Sq.ft. The price range of 1.09 Cr to 1.16 Cr is competitive for Hyderabad. SLN Developehas included a children's play area, which is great for our kids. The project also has Vastu compliance, which was important for us. The location is convenient with NH 65 and Mumbai Highway nearby. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we expect that to settle down once the surrounding areas are fully developed. The status being Ready to Move is a huge plus.
