Finding a good 3 BHK in Pune that was ready to move was proving difficult until we saw Skyline Shree. We were renting a smaller place and needed more space for our growing family and the kids' study. The carpet area of our 1150 square feet flat is good. Being close to the Nal Stop Metro Station at nearby makes commuting much easier for my husband. The developer, Skyline Enterprises, has completed the project, and it felt less risky than buying under construction. We appreciate the rain water harvesting system they have installed. The only minor issue is that the road leading into Bharatkung Colony 2 can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable.
