The location is quite accessible with Mysore Road and Magadi Road just nearby. Being ready to move in was a big plus for us. The amenities like 24x7 security and power backup are standard but important. My only slight concern is the proximity to main roads might mean some traffic noise, but it is manageable for this area. Overall, it seems like a sensible buy.

The location in Attiguppe, Chandra Layout, offegood connectivity with Mysore Road, Magadi Road, and Chord Road all within nearby. Being ready to move was a significant factor in my decision, avoiding the long wait for construction. The security system seems robust, and power backup is always a necessity. My only minor reservation is the parking situation; it appeato be a bit congested if you have multiple vehicles, which is common in Bangalore. Otherwise, a solid property.
