Finding a home with good facilities for the kids was important. Sai Arcade offered 3 BHK flats which provided enough space. The New Cambridge English School is just a short walk away, making school runs much easier. We also appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the power backup, which means no interruptions during important tasks or kids' study time. The building itself has decent amenities like car parking and lifts. My only concern is that the area can get a bit dusty during construction phases nearby, and the roads leading directly to the building are not the widest. However, the building's structure being earthquake resistant is reassuring.
