It is also easy to access the Kollam – Theni Highway from there. We purchased a plot around 2000 Sq.ft which is a good size for them to build a small independent house. The price was around 65 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the area and the fact that it is ready to move in. I hope they will be comfortable there. The developer, Skyline Builde, has a decent reputation, so we are trusting them with this investment.
