    I just moved into Travancore Elysium and it's pretty nice. The 1650 sq.ft 3 BHK is spacious enough for me and has good natural light. Being right on the Kollam-Theni Highway makes my commute to work much easier, which was a big priority. I really like the rooftop party area, it’s a great space for weekend get-togethewith friends. The community hall is also a useful addition. My only small issue is that the traffic noise can be a bit much sometimes, especially during peak hou, because of the highway location. It's something I'm getting used to though. Overall, it’s a good place for a working professional.

    Looking for a ready-to-move-in flat in Kottayam, I found Travancore Elysium. The price point of 74.25 Lakh onwards for a 1650 sq.ft 3 BHK seemed reasonable given the amenities. The project is located near Pulimoottil Automobiles on the Kollam-Theni Highway, which is a well-known landmark. I was impressed by the children's play area and the gymnasium. The indoor games facility is also a nice touch for family entertainment. The only thing is that construction dust was noticeable during my site visits, although it’s expected for a ready-to-move property. The developer, Travancore Builde, has provided good common facilities.
