    I recently visited Sky Bhavantak in Pune, looking at the 2 BHK units. The carpet area is around 775 sq.ft, which is a practical size. Sky Construction has ensured basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and open parking. The landscaping and tree planting add a pleasant touch to the project. Being close to the Mumbai Bangalore highway is definitely a plus point for accessibility. However, I did notice that Barangani Road can get congested during peak travel times, which might impact daily commutes for residents. Also, the distance to the metro station at nearby is quite significant, making public transport less convenient for now. Still, the ready-to-move aspect is appealing.

    We finally moved into Sky Bhavantak last week after renting for so long. The 2 BHK flat is a good size, around 775 square feet, and feels much more spacious than our old place. Having 24/7 water supply is a huge relief, no more checking the tank levels! The landscaping looks nice, and they have rain water harvesting which is good for the environment. The location in Dhayari is also decent, close enough to the Mumbai Bangalore highway for commutes. My only small worry is the traffic on Barangani Road during peak hou, it can get a bit slow. But overall, it feels like a good upgrade for our family.

It’s convenient that DSK School is nearby, and the hospital is also close by. The fire fighting system and 24/7 water supply are essential features that are already in place. The developer, Sky Construction, has put in effort with landscaping and tree planting. However, the metro station is quite far at almost nearby, which is a bit of a drawback for future connectivity. Also, the parking spaces are open and can get crowded.

    Moving into Sky Bhavantak was a good decision for us. We needed a ready-to-move flat and this fit the bill. The 774 sq.ft carpet area for the 2 BHK is quite comfortable for just the two of us. It’s nice that Sky Construction included energy management and fire fighting systems; it gives peace of mind. We got open parking which works for our one car. The area is developing, and it's not too far from Sinhgad Road. The main challenge is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that settles down soon. We haven't faced any issues with water supply yet.
