The location in Pimpri Chinchwad, Rahatani is quite convenient for them, with Jupiter Hospital only about 5 kilometeaway. They also appreciated the 24x7 water supply, which is essential. The 1 BHK flat is around 358 square feet carpet area, which is a good size for two people. The price point was also reasonable for us. My only concern is the lack of OC details, which makes me slightly nervous. The developer, Sketch Art Develope, has assured us it will be sorted.
