SKA Greenarch's location in Techzone 4, Greater Noida, is excellent, with Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital Noida Extension nearby. I purchased a spacious 3 BHK apartment, 1695 square feet built-up, which provides ample living space. The project by Prasu Infrabuild Pvt Ltd offegood amenities like a cricket pitch and a skating rink, which are unique. The digital vitrified tiles and semi-modular kitchen add a modern touch. The only drawback I've noticed is the distance to the nearest metro station, Noida Sector 51 Metro Station, which is also nearby.

The landscaping and tree planting add a nice green touch to the complex. The nearby Ryan International School and Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital are very convenient for family needs. My only concern is the garbage disposal system; sometimes it could be more efficient.
