However, I noticed that the immediate road access could be improved, as you have to navigate some narrower lanes to get to the main Noida-Greater Noida Link Rd. The proximity to the Noida Sector 51 Metro Station, nearby, is also a positive for future appreciation. It’s a solid bet for the current market.

I particularly enjoy the jogging track in the mornings and the gymnasium is well-equipped. Having a grocery shop within the complex is very convenient for daily needs.
