My children are settled well in their new school nearby and having Loyola Public School in the vicinity was the main reason we picked Sitaram Space Park. The flat is ready to move, so we did not have to worry about construction delays which was a huge relief. Mamidi Sitaramaiah has delivered a functional space that works well for a growing family. The only issue we faced recently is that the road leading to the project gets very dusty during the afternoon hou, which makes it hard to keep the balcony clean. Otherwise, the location in Nallapadu Rural is very convenient for our daily chores and school runs.

We just moved into Sitaram Space Park and it has been quite a change from our previous rental. Since both of us are in software, we really value the distance to Kankaragunta Bridge Metro Station which is nearby. It makes the commute manageable on most days.
