From an investment pepective I am looking closely at the growth potential in this part of Guntur. Sai Priya Homes is located in a decent spot and the project status being under construction implies I can get in at a better rate than a ready to move property. I have had a few meetings with Hanumantha Rao E and found their team to be professional. The distance to the underground subway metro station is manageable at nearby. I do feel that the project might face some congestion issues once all the flats are occupied. However the location near Nallapadu Rural is definitely a plus for future valuation. I will wait for a couple more months before finalizing my decision.
