The 2 BHK apartment size of 1100 square feet is perfect for me. I particularly liked the Internet/Wi-Fi facility and the gymnasium. The project is ready to move, which is great. The price of 41 Lakhs for a 2 BHK is reasonable. My only concern is the parking. While car parking is available, it might get a bit tight during peak visitor times. The developer, Jarry Profit, seems to be providing good amenities overall. The Kadbi Square Metro Station is also not too far.
