The amenities like the gymnasium, swimming pool, and especially the sustainable solar system and rainwater harvesting, add long-term value. It's currently under construction, with an estimated completion by March 2028. While the OC is not yet available, the project looks promising for rental income or capital appreciation given the developing infrastructure nearby, including KD Hospital at nearby. The two-level basement parking is a good feature for attracting tenants.

The 3 BHK flats are 1845 square feet, giving our kids enough space to play. The price of 65.59 Lakh onwards is what we budgeted for. They have a kids' play area and a senior citizen sit-out area, which is thoughtful. Also, the 24X7 water supply and adequate car parking are essential for a family. The project by SIGNORE GROUP OUP UP P is under construction, with completion expected in March 2028. One minor issue is the dust from the ongoing construction work in the Zundal area, but that's expected. We are looking forward to moving in.
