I recently bought a 1 BHK at Signature Space Realty. The 487 sq.ft carpet area is just right for me. I liked the focus on water conservation and rain water harvesting. The developer, Signature Space Realty, seems professional. The location in Suryalok Nagari is reasonably well-connected. My main worry is the parking situation; open parking is available, but it can get quite congested. It’s something to consider. The completion is expected in December 2028. Being close to the Mumbai Bangalore highway is convenient for my travel. The open space planned with landscaping is also a nice touch.
