We were looking for a spacious apartment in Banjara Hills and Signature One fit the bill. The 3 BHK flats are around 2827 square feet, which is plenty of room for us. Being ready to move in was a huge plus since we didn't want to wait. The location is great, very close to GVK One Mall, which is convenient for shopping and movies. We also liked that it is Vastu compliant. The only slight drawback is the price, which is a bit high, starting at 3.82 Crore. But overall, the quality and location seem worth it for us.
