    This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Siddhivinayak Star Shadow. I opted for a 1 BHK flat with a carpet area of 360 sq.ft., which is cozy and within my budget of around 17 Lakhs. The fact that it was ready to move in March 2020 made the process much easier for a fit-time buyer. The location in Moshi is developing, and it’s close to the Pune-Nashik Highway, which is convenient. The developer, Siddhivinayak Develope, has included landscaping and tree planting which adds a nice touch. The hospital and school are also nearby. My main concern is the carpet area, which feels a bit small, especially for the bedroom. It might be a challenge to fit all the furniture comfortably. I hope this won't be an issue in the long run.

    After retirement, I wanted a smaller place in a developing area. Siddhivinayak Star Shadow in Moshi seemed like a good option. I purchased a 1 BHK flat, around 400 sq.ft. Carpet area, for approximately 18 Lakhs. The price is quite affordable. The project is ready to move since March 2020. The developer, Siddhivinayak Develope, has provided basic amenities like landscaping. It’s close to SNBP School, which is good if you have family around. The main issue is the dust and pollution from the nearby highway and roads. It’s a constant problem here. Parking is also not very generous. But for the cost, it’s acceptable.

    I was looking for a property in the Pimpri Chinchwad area for a small investment. Siddhivinayak Star Shadow caught my eye because it was ready to move and the prices were competitive, ranging from 17.01 Lakhs to 32.37 Lakhs. I bought a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of about 600 sq.ft. The location in Moshi, near the highway, is convenient for logistics. Power backup is a necessary amenity given the power situation sometimes. The construction quality seems okay for the price point. One thing that bothered me was the proximity to the highway, making it a bit noisy. Also, the PCMC Metro Station is nearby, which isn't ideal for public transport use

    We were looking for something ready to move in Pimpri Chinchwad and found Siddhivinayak Star Shadow. The location in Moshi is quite good, very close to Pune-Nashik Highway. We got a 2 BHK with carpet area around 500 sq.ft. For about 24 Lakhs. The price felt reasonable for the area. Power backup is a good addition. The main concern for us is the traffic noise from the highway being so close, it’s quite constant during the day. Also, the road leading to the project is narrow. Siddhivinayak Developeseem to have completed it on time back in March 2020. Overall, it's decent for the price but the noise is something we are still getting used to.

    I needed a place near the hospital I will be working at, and Shree Multispeciality Hospital is nearby, which is perfect. Siddhivinayak Star Shadow offered 1 BHK flats starting from 360 sq.ft. Carpet area, which is compact but sufficient for me. The price range from 17 Lakhs onwards is very attractive. Being ready to move was a huge advantage. The landscaping looks nice, and it's good to have power backup. My only worry is that the OC details are not available, which makes me a bit hesitant about the legal side of things. However, the connectivity to Dehu-Alandi roads is also a plus for my commute.
