Mukesh Bhai Patel School is a short distance, which is important for the future. Kaivalya Shamsunder Jagtap has included basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and landscaping. The zero brokerage offer was helpful for my budget. The area feels quiet, but I do wish there was a bit more information available on the developer's past projects before booking.
