Finally took the plunge and bought my fit flat at Siddhivinayak Highland. It is a 3 BHK and the built up area is around 1150 square feet which feels quite spacious for a new home. Siddhivinayak Buildcon seems to have a good reputation from what I heard. I really liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex; it gives a nice green feel. The swimming pool is also a good size. Parking is available as closed or open, which is convenient. I am still waiting for possession though.
