We decided on Siddhipriya Gracia for its peaceful location in Ghuma, South West Ahmedabad. The project offespacious 3 BHK apartments, with built-up areas going up to 1890 square feet. The panoramic views from the balconies are a significant draw for us. We appreciate the thoughtful inclusion of a senior citizen siteout and a multipurpose room. The security systems and earthquake-resistant structure provide peace of mind. While the price point is on the higher side, ranging from 59.71 Lakh to 83.35 Lakh, the quality of construction and the range of amenities like the gazebo and indoor games seem to justify it. We are looking forward to the completion in December 2028 and enjoying our retirement here.
