I bought a 4 BHK villa here at Shreeji Bungalows, the 2070 Sq.ft size. Being a single woman, I wanted a secure and convenient location. Ghuma, Bopal area is developing well. Delhi Public School Bopal is a short distance, which is great for future possibilities. The villa is ready to move, which saved me a lot of hassle. The price was about 63.45 Lakh, which was manageable for me. My only small issue is that the roads around the project can get dusty sometimes, especially during dry weather. It is something to consider. Overall, the living space is comfortable.

The proximity to Sanand Road and Sanand-Sarkhej Road is very convenient for my travel. My only concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, especially being close to the main roads. However, the overall community feel is good. The price for the larger villa was around 81.95 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the space and location in Ahmedabad. We inspected the construction and it looked decent for a 2016 completion.
