The size of the 1620 Sq.ft plot felt manageable for a fit-time buyer like me. The developer, Siddhi Vinayaka Estates, seems to be building a good community. The project is ready to move, which is a relief. I liked the idea of the recreation facilities available. The travel time to the Financial District IT HUB is about 35 minutes, which is acceptable for now. My only worry is that the roads leading to the project could be better maintained, a bit dusty during dry weather.

I found the commute to Hitech City, which takes about 45 minutes, to be a bit long on days I have to go in peon. The proximity to Shankarpalli MMTS Railway Station is about 10 minutes, which helps slightly with connectivity. I wish the internal roads were wider, as parking can feel a little cramped if many residents are visiting at the same time.
