We bought a 900 sq.ft 2 BHK apartment here. The price was around 19.0 Lakh, which fit our budget. It is ready to move, so we moved in right after booking. The location in Bhayli, near Vasna - Bhayli Road, is quite convenient. My husband liked the practical layout of the flat. It's a good neighborhood for families. We saw the project was completed in 2015. The only slight issue is the road leading to the project can get dusty during dry weather, but it's manageable.
