The price was around 70 Lakh, which was manageable. Being ready to move in was ideal, as I needed to settle quickly. The project has several amenities that I enjoy, such as the table tennis for unwinding and the multipurpose room for community events. The proximity to the proposed metro station at Hinjewadi is a definite plus for future connectivity. My main concern is the traffic noise from the nearby main road, which can be quite noticeable during the day. The 24x7 water supply is reliable though.

It's ready to move which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The location in Punawale is developing nicely and it's not too far from the Hinjewadi IT park, maybe a 20-minute drive depending on traffic. The amenities like the cricket pitch and amphitheater are great for weekends. We also liked that there is 24x7 water supply. The price was within our budget, around 65 Lakh. So far, the experience has been positive. The construction seems solid.
