The price was a bit over my initial budget, around 2.72 crore for this size, but I think it's worth it for a fit home. I really liked the plan for the rooftop skywalk and the swimming pool. The area in Tangra is developing, and it's nice that it's under construction until September 2028. That gives me time to get my finances in order.
