The main concern is the lack of readily available OC, which might be an issue for future resale or loans. However, the proximity to Sealdah Metro Station, about 1.39 kilometeaway, is a significant advantage for tenants. The price point was attractive, though I hope the rental yields justify the initial outlay.

The building has a multipurpose room and a sports area, which are nice additions. Grihonirman finished the project a while back, and it's ready to move in. The price was within our budget, around 68.75 Lakhs for the larger units. The only drawback is the dust and noise from the ongoing development in nearby areas, which is common in Kolkata.

I bought this 2 BHK flat in Grihonirman Signature Height for my parents who live in Kolkata. They needed a place with good amenities and security, and this project seemed to fit the bill. The price range from 54.2 Lakhs upwards was acceptable. However, the parking space can be a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle or guests. The rain water harvesting is a good eco-friendly feature. It's a solid option, though not perfect.
