The prices have gone up considerably since then, which is a good sign. It is a ready to move property, completed in 2014. The developer, Siddha Group, seems to have a decent track record. The location is prime, close to major roads like AJC Bose Road. My main concern is the traffic in Bhowanipore during peak hou; it can get quite congested. However, the internal amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained. Security is also very good with 24x7 surveillance and a gated community feel. Overall, a solid choice for long-term value.
