    This is my fit property purchase. I chose a 2 BHK flat in Multicon Justice Court, which is about 950 sq.ft. The built-up area is good, and the location in Bhowanipore is convenient, being close to schools and hospitals like BM Birla Heart Hospital and St. Lawrence High School. The price for our flat was around 42 Lakhs, which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. It is ready to move, which was a big plus for us. However, the access road to the project isn't the widest, and sometimes finding parking nearby can be a challenge. Being an older project completed in 2002, I am a little worried about the upkeep and potential issues down the line, even though the Multicon Group has delivered other projects. We did not see any specific amenities listed, which is a slight drawback.

It is located in Sreepally, Bhowanipore and is very close to St. Lawrence High School and BM Birla Heart Hospital, both under a kilometer away. I picked a 1 BHK flat, around 650 sq.ft, which is manageable for me. The price of 29.4 Lakhs was reasonable. The metro station is also nearby. The biggest downside is the lack of modern amenities; the project seems quite dated, being completed way back in 2002. Also, the streets around here can get congested, making driving a bit stressful sometimes. But for a single peon needing convenience, it works.
