We bought a 3 BHK flat in Siddha 64B B mostly because of its location in Bhowanipore. It is very close to major roads like AJC Bose Road and SP Mukherjee Road, which makes commuting easier. The flat size is 1250 square feet built up, which felt spacious enough for our family. The price was around 93.75 Lakh onwards, which seemed reasonable given the area. Being ready to move was a big advantage as we didn't want to wait for construction. The only slight issue we found was that the traffic on the main roads can get quite heavy during peak hou, so leaving early is advisable. Otherwise, the Siddha Group has a decent reputation.

The location in Bhowanipore is fantastic, very close to St. Lawrence High School, which is convenient for our older child. It's also close to Jatin Das Park Metro Station, making travel across the city quite easy. The flat is 1250 square feet built up, a significant improvement from our current rental. The price was on our radar at 93.75 Lakh onwards. We are pleased it's ready to move. The Siddha Group is known locally. We are still waiting to see what the maintenance charges will be like. The roads nearby can be a bit noisy sometimes.
