Finding a home with good schools nearby was our priority. SI Belhaven Gardens is literally close to Christ Nagar Higher Secondary School, which is fantastic. Sree Uthradom Thirunal (SUT) Hospital is also right there, which gives us peace of mind. The area around Kowdiar is quite nice. We are moving from a rental and wanted something we could settle into quickly, and the ready-to-move status was perfect. The only slight worry is the traffic noise from the nearby roads, especially the Thiruvananthapuram-Ponmudi Road.
