We bought a 2 BHK which has enough space for our small family. The children's play area within the complex is a big hit with my son. The location in Bhagavathy Nagar is also decent, close to the main roads. The price was within our budget for a ready-to-move property. My only concern is that the roads leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, making the commute slightly longer sometimes. Otherwise, the amenities are good.
