We moved into Shyam Gokul about six months ago and are quite happy. The location in Kumaraswamy Layout is convenient for us. Delhi Public School Bengaluru South is nearby, which makes the morning drop-off much easier. We bought a 2.5 BHK flat, around 1000 square feet, which gives the kids enough space to play. The 24x7 water supply is a big relief. My only small issue is the traffic on Kanakapura Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Overall, it's a good residential area and the project itself feels safe with the 24x7 CCTV surveillance.

We were looking for a ready-to-move-in flat near the Outer Ring Road, and Shyam Gokul fit the bill. We got a 3 BHK which is quite spacious, ranging from 1111 to 1564 square feet. The proximity to Konanakunte Cross Metro Station (1.7 km) is great for our daily commute. The energy management feature is interesting, though we haven't seen much impact yet. The price for our unit was around 85 Lakh, which was slightly over our initial budget, but the quality of construction seemed good. The car parking is adequate for us.

While the project was completed in November 2015, the lack of easily accessible OC received information makes me a bit hesitant about the final clearances.
