This Comfort Arizona project in Ilyas Nagar, Bangalore, offered exactly what I was looking for post-retirement. I opted for a 3 BHK which has a substantial built-up area of 2110 sq.ft. The landscaping and tree planting around the compound are very pleasant for evening walks. Having Vasili Hospital nearby is a significant advantage, providing quick access to medical facilities. The paved compound and gazebo are nice touches. While the project is ready to move, I did notice some dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which is a common issue in developing parts of Bangalore. Overall, the amenities provided by Comfort Buildeand Developeare satisfactory.
