Being in Raghunathpur is great as it’s close to everything we need. We were happy that it was ready to move since we didn’t want to wait. The price point between 32.86 Lakh and 47.85 Lakh for these apartments made sense for us. The developer, Shuvam Construction Pvt. Ltd., seems to have a good track record. We liked the idea of having a lift and intercom facilities. The only minor issue we noticed is that the parking spaces are a bit tight, especially if you have a larger car.

It's good to have amenities like power backup and community hall available. The price was around 45 Lakhs, which seemed fair for the size and location. My main concern is the road leading to the project. It gets a bit dusty during dry weather, and the traffic can be a little heavy during peak hounear the main road.
