The location is perfect, being right next to ODM Public School, which means no more long commutes for the kids. The price of 42.6 L for the 3 BHK was a bit high for us, but the proximity to the school and the Bhubaneshwar Railway station (0 KM) made it worthwhile. Intellex Strategic Management has included a children's play area which is fantastic. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. The project also has 100% power backup, which is essential for us.
