I bought a residential plot in Shubhaprada Emerald, Shadnagar, mainly as a long-term investment. The location in Ranga Reddy district is developing nicely. The available plot sizes are between 150 Sq.yd. And 308 Sq.yd., offering variety. I chose a plot of 160 Sq.yd. Which cost me approximately 26 Lakh. The project is ready to move, which is a positive sign. It is reasonably close to Shadnagar Bus Station, about half a kilometer away. The proximity to NH44, which is nearby, is also useful for wider travel. I am hopeful about the future value of this property.
