We were looking for a comfortable villa for my parents in Vadodara and Shubham Satva Villa Phase 1 seemed like a good fit. The 4 BHK configuration with 1905 sq.ft built-up area is quite spacious for them. It's ready to move in, which was a major plus point for us since we are currently abroad. The proximity to Sterling Hospitals is also a great comfort knowing it's so close. The developer, Shubham Buildcon, has a decent reputation. The community hall and landscaping are nice touches for them to socialize and relax. I just hope the maintenance charges are reasonable once they move in. It would be good to have more details on that.

We liked the 1905 sq.ft built-up area for our 4 BHK villa; it gives us plenty of space to grow. The infinity pool and 24x7 security were big draws for us. It's also great that Podar World School is right at nearby, though we don't have kids yet. The only thing is the approach road to the project can get a little dusty during dry weather, but that's common in developing areas. Shubham Buildcon seems to be reliable.
