The 1 BHK apartments are 871 sq.ft built up, which seemed a good size for them. The price was around 15.87 Lakh, which fit our budget. It's ready to move in, so they can shift soon. The nearby Gujarat Public School Chhani is just a minute away, and Shreeji Hospital is 2 minutes, which is very convenient for their needs. Shiv Developeseem to have completed the project quite some time ago, back in 2013. The 24/7 security and power backup are also important for us.
