We were looking for a ready-to-move property in Vadodara and found Shubh Shantam Harmony. The location on Vemali, Sama-Savli Road is quite accessible. What really sold us was the proximity to healthcare facilities like Rhythm Heart Institute and The Cure Urological Hospital, both practically at our dootep. We are in the IT sector, so having such important services so close is a huge plus for peace of mind. The 24/7 water supply is also a great amenity. We booked our place in March 2020, around the completion date. The construction quality looks decent from what we've seen. Our only minor concern is the traffic on Sama-Savli Road during peak hou, it can get a bit congested. But other than that, it’s a good living space for us.

It's good that important places like Podar World School are very close, literally nearby. This makes things easier for my children. The 24/7 water supply is a crucial amenity, especially in Vadodara. Shubh Associates completed the project on time. While the location is good, the dust from ongoing construction in the wider area can sometimes be an issue. However, the apartment itself is well-built and comfortable. We are finding it a pleasant place to live.
