I purchased a 2 BHK in Shubh Jivan a few months ago. The built-up area is 1224 square feet, which is a good size for my family. The proximity to United Public School Ahmedabad, nearby, was a major factor in my decision. It saves so much travel time. The price point of 32.63 Lakh for a ready-to-move flat in this area felt reasonable. The cycling and jogging track is a nice addition for relaxation. NJ Developehave delivered a decent product. I wish there was more green space around the complex though.

This is my fit home purchase, and I'm happy with Shubh Jivan. We looked at a few places in Vastral, but this one felt right. The 3 BHK apartment is 1494 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. The price was around 39.83 Lakh, which fit our budget after getting the loan approved. The Children's Play Area is great for my little ones. Construction looks solid. NJ Developewere helpful throughout the process. I'm a bit concerned about the OC status not being readily available, but hopefully, that gets sorted soon. The location is developing well.
