The main concern might be the completion date of March 2024; sometimes these timelines get extended. Also, the immediate vicinity roads can get congested, which is something to consider for tenants.

The price of 57.27 Lakhs was at the higher end of our budget, but the location in Sunita Nagar, Viman Nagar, is very convenient. Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is just around the corner, which gives us peace of mind. Shubh Ganesh Associates is the developer, and we liked their previous projects.
