It has a carpet area of 481 square feet. The project is by Shubh Ganesh Properties, and the expected completion is December 2026. The price is around 35 Lakhs. My main concern is the traffic getting to the hospital during peak hou, especially from Wadmukhwadi Village. However, the proximity to the hospital and the school (RKL Galaxy International School is nearby away) made it a compelling choice.
