We were looking for our fit home and zeroed in on Shubh Ganesh Spring Valley Phase II. The 2 BHK configuration with a carpet area of 524 sq.ft felt spacious enough for us. We love that it is ready to move. The price range from 30.5 L to 48.12 L was manageable with our loan. Getting to work is manageable as it's near Alandi Road, though the Bhosari Metro Station is a bit far at nearby. The landscaping and tree planting looks nice. One thing we noticed is that the construction dust from ongoing nearby development can be a bit botheome sometimes, but we expect it to settle down.

It's ready to move which was a big factor for us. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad is quite convenient, close to Alandi Road. We checked the amenities and the 24x7 water supply and solid waste management are good points. The price was within our budget, about 37.5 L. The only small thing is that the roads around Charholi can get a bit congested during peak hou, but overall we are happy with the decision.
